Description
At JCK, we consolidated our reputation with our successful delivery of the Baggage Network at Terminal 5. From this success, and based on previous performance, we were selected at short notice to rectify a failing Network Installation at T5.
In August 2007, JCK Ltd took over the project, and immediately implemented systems and proficient teams to deliver the installation, and allow the terminal to open on time. At the peak of the project, working with the Workforce Sourcing team within JCK, we were able to source and place 300 skilled and experienced operatives on site, all effectively mobilized within our site-based management structures.
The result of this robust project management, commitment to quality and efficiency, and the application of our integrated management system LIMS, led to a trebling in productivity, and a long term relationship with a valued client.
T5 Heathrow Baggage

Description:
At JCK Ltd, we are proud to have been part of the team for Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 5, having successfully delivered the majority of works within the cutting edge baggage areas.
We worked in partnership with Vanderlande to install many different aspects of the baggage system, from the TubTrax and BagTrax, to the advanced conveyor system.
Thanks to efficient and productive teamwork, this ambitious and challenging project was completed within budget, on time, and to the satisfaction of our client.
T5 Heathrow Baggage Network

Description
Our excellent delivery for Vanderlande in the T5 Baggage Halls, resulted in JCK being directly awarded the contract for the Network Installation within those areas.
The Network Installation contained over 2000 Network points, all of which required an integrated containment route. As part of the installation, we incorporated as much existing containment as possible, balancing installation of an efficient system against cost savings, ultimately passing on savings to BAA.
As part of the installation, JCK Ltd provided expertise to aid in the design, adaptation and installation of the CCTV camera project in partnership with ARUP.
The network installation was installed in accordance with the time critical programme enabling Vanderlande to commence system testing and ultimately successfully handover this prestigious project to programme.

Description
SunGard's Flagship Technology Centre at Heathrow is the largest resilient data recovery centre of its kind in the UK.
JCK provided the building services infrastructure, whilst liaising and coordinating delivery of plant and specialist equipment by SunGard.
This challenging project required a flexible integrated approach between client and our project team to achieve timely phased delivery, on programme and defect free.
